• Items may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Returned products must be unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
• Customized items or final sale items are exempt from standard returns.

2. How Refunds Are Processed

1. Submit your order ID and return request to support@thedivinetales.com.
2. Upon receipt and verification of the returned package, an email notification will confirm approval or rejection status.
3. Approved refunds are processed automatically back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are covered by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Initial delivery fees are non-refundable.
